"Do not blame Caesar, blame the people of Rome who have so enthusiastically acclaimed and adored him and rejoiced in their loss of freedom and danced in his path and gave him triumphal processions... Blame the people who hail him when he speaks in the Forum of the 'new, wonderful good society' which shall now be Rome's, interpreted to mean 'more money, more ease, more security, more living fatly at the expense of the industrious.' Julius was always an ambitious villain, but he is only one man." ~Cicero

The Nosey Neti-Pot

In 1995, a Dr. Diane Heatley was introduced to the art of nasal washing, and aided in developing the neti-pot system to flush out ones nasal passages. Both adults and children suffer from sinus disease. Dr. Heatley began to use the system in her Ear, Nose & Throat practice. She helped create the SinuCleanse® System for children too so they would not break the more common glass and pottery made pots.

How to use: Lukewarm distilled water is mixed with a pre-measured amount of saline. The warm water, in the pot, is flushed through the nose, to remove a build up of mucus and keeps the nasal cavity moist. You are able to mix your own solution of saline if you so desire.

This system will help clogged noses, allergies, post-nasal drip, and even people with ear tubes!
